"Falmouth Oyster Festival Parade" is a special celebration painting commissioned by the Falmouth Oyster Festival to celebrate the 2011 event. The painting was exhibitied during the Oyster Festival and also in the public Falmouth Art Gallery (which features in the painting) as part of the 'Frameworks' exhibition.
The painting depicts the parade of school children following the Oyster Man through the streets of Falmouth.
The artist and his family also feature in the painting and the artist's dog.
